Accommodation & cancellation policy
A few things you need to know whilst staying with us.
Arrival
The arrival time is between 1pm and 7pm, though earlier arrivals can be accommodated only with prior notice.
Departure
Departures no later than 11am. If late check-out is required please request this the night prior to your departure and we will try and accommodate this if at all possible.
We are happy to store luggage after or before these times by arrangement.
The Townhouse provides bed and breakfast accommodation and even though we are on property 24hrs a day, we are unfortunately are not available 24hrs a day.
Cancellation and booking deposit
All confirmed bookings must be guaranteed with a Credit or Debit card.
A one night deposit may be required for certain periods of the year upon confirmation.
Cancelled reservations up to 3 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of reserved nights will be debited.
Parking
Private parking is available.
From Marshall Place, turn into Nelson Street and take the first left (before bridge) into the lane to our car park or marked bays. Please do not park in any other spaces belonging to adjacent properties.
Please note: Parking is at the owners risk. The Townhouse cannot accept responsibility for any loss to, or damage from, vehicles.
Internet access
Free Wi-Fi access is available, access codes are available on your arrival.
Smoking policy
In accordance with government legislation, The Townhouse has a No Smoking policy: Smoking within the premises will result in a £50 cleaning charge. We provide outside areas with seating if required.
Pets
We do accept pets, only with reservations made via our website booking page and not through third party booking services. We are happy to have them around except in the breakfast room. Please provide bedding and towels if they are a bit wet and muddy!

Situated overlooking the South Inch Park, only minutes away from the City Centre, bus and train stations The Townhouse is an ideal place to stay, whether it be for a brief overnight visit or a prolonged stay to visit the surrounding countryside and highlands.
